To request any changes or cancel your order, kindly email [email protected]  or contact us form including your order number and details of the requested adjustments. We will inform you once modifications or cancellations are processed.

Please be advised orders can only be altered or canceled within 6 hours timeframe of placement. After this time, orders will automatically enter production and no changes can be made. Cancellations received after 6 hours will incur a 25% processing fee based on total purchase value.

The following can be modified:

• Shipping details including name, address, email
• Name on design
• Design components and quotes, which may require remake time

Please carefully preview your upload design before purchase.

Kindly note:

• The production time is extended by 2-3 days for modification orders.
• Once processed, orders cannot be canceled or altered.
• Shipped orders cannot be modified or canceled.
