Timeframe for Refund/Replacement
Our refund/replacement policy is valid for 30 days from the purchase date. After this period, we cannot process any refunds or replacements.
Eligibility Criteria
Please be aware of the following terms when making a purchase:
- Due to the customized nature of our products, we can only offer replacements or refunds for significant flaws, such as:
- Major discrepancies from the description or preview.
- Damage caused during production or shipping.
- Receiving a different item than what was purchased.
- For other issues, we may offer a partial refund excluding shipping fees.
Important Notes:
- No refunds or exchanges are available for items purchased during sales or promotions.
- We typically do not accept returns for customer errors (e.g., incorrect sizes or colors). Please review your order carefully before checkout. Minor color variations may occur due to lighting and monitor differences.
Lost/Missing Items
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of purchase, you can request a replacement or refund. To file a claim, please email us with your order number.
We do not accept refunds for errors made by the customer, such as incorrect shipping addresses. Please verify your address before completing your order.
How to File a Claim
To file a claim, send an email or use our contact form with:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the defective product
- For printing errors, include images showing the error
- For size/placement issues, include measuring tools in photos
- If items are missing, provide an image of the package cover and shipping label
- Full delivery address
- Contact phone number
Our support team will review submissions, and if eligible, we will resend the product at no additional cost. If a replacement isn’t feasible, we will refund you for the eligible product (including shipping).
Please note that our replacement/refund policy lasts 30 days. After this period, no replacements or refunds can be issued.
Important Notes:
To ensure quality service, we do not offer refunds for customer errors, including:
- Incorrect selections of size, design, color, or customization
- Not thoroughly previewing files before confirmation

Replacement/Refund Process
- Refunds: Once confirmed by Stripe, refunds will appear in your account within 3-5 business days for PayPal and 7-10 business days for credit cards, depending on bank processing times.
- Replacements: If you agree to the estimated delivery time, we will process replacements immediately. Personalized items require 3 to 5 business days for processing.
