Shipping Fee
We offer standard shipping and express expedited shipping. Rates are based on total items ordered:
- Standard shipping:
- 1 item: $6.95
- 2 items: $8.95
- 3 items: $10.95
- Over 4 items: Free Ship
- Express shipping:
- 1-3 items: $16.95
- Over 4 items: $24.95
Our tiered rates allow choice between budget standard shipping or quicker express delivery based on order quantity and urgency.
Production and Delivery Timeframes
When ordering, please note that the estimated delivery timeframe consists of both production and shipping durations.
- The production process involves fulfilling the order, conducting quality checks, and final packaging. As we handcraft each item, a period of time is necessary for careful production before sending your purchase.
- The shipping duration represents the days in transit once your order departs our facility until arrival at your provided address.
We aim to provide realistic time estimates so you know when to expect your delivery. Our commitment is to quality craftsmanship and timely fulfillment of your order. Please reach out if you have any other questions.
- To estimate your order’s arrival time, refer to the following timeframe:
- Production Time: 3-5 business days
- Shipping Time for standard shipping : 7-10 business days
- Shipping Time for express shipping : 4-7 business days
Please note that while the majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe listed above, some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe, and the time periods listed above are approximate.
For some orders, it may take additional days for orders to go through customs, and we apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you a tracking link to your email, so you can follow your package all the way home.

Track Order
After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking link so that you can follow your package all the way home! Please allow 3-5 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and find no information available, it means that the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Once the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page, which you can access at any time.
Please note that the tracking page updates in real-time as the status of the shipment changes. Possible statuses include: Transit, Delivered, Out for Delivery, Failed Attempt, Exception, Expired.
Incorrect Address
- You can change the shipping address of your order within 6 hours of placing it. To do so, send an email with your order number.
- It’s important to provide the correct shipping address at checkout to avoid any issues with delivery.
- If we detect incorrect or missing information, we may need to contact you for an update, which can cause delays.
- We are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address or returned to us (as donated items).
- If you request the final mile carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it has left our warehouse, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
Report a Delivery Issue
If your order encounters any shipping issues or doesn’t arrive by the estimated date, you must submit a request within 30 days of the order date to qualify for credit or replacement.
